The daylillies sing  ~~~  reaching out to the warm sun ~~~~   from their high crevice

Blindingly Orange,
  Oversaturate the eyes,
     Poppies yell,    Hello!

A Dead flat rabbit.
It's lone ear flaps in the breeze
From cars whirling by

Lines of poetry ...
Created in the curves of summer ...
Only to float away in the wind.
